My Journey with Yoga first began when I was 20, I attended my first Hatha Yoga class and it stayed with me. Health and fitness has always been part of my life playing in various sporting groups both during and outside of school.

In 2008 I began a career in the fitness industry after completing my Cert III and IV at the Australian Institute of Fitness. Being a student of Hot Yoga opened up a whole new world for me and I knew I wanted to add Yoga teaching to my skill set, to pass on all that I have learned.

I believe through Yoga we connect our body, mind and soul and become one. Yoga is for everyone and through my classes I aim to teach calmness of the mind, building strength and flexibility of the body, grounding of one self and living for the present making every moment count.
