Hello, I am a busy mother of four kids.
I have raced in triathlons for 18 years and run a personal training studio with over 13 years of experience helping people achieve their goals. I hold an advanced certification in nutrition, sports nutrition and personal training and in 2016 completed 200hr Hot Yoga Teacher Training.
I started my Hot Yoga practice over 2 years ago to help with my sports recovery. Every time I completed a hot yoga class I felt a great sense of self-accomplishment. I felt my body was improving on posture, which I thought wasn’t possible for my body type. What I like the most about hot yoga is the challenge, both mentally and physically, a feeling of empowering your mind and strengthening all aspects.
My goal is to inspire and encourage others to live a positive, compassionate and healthy lifestyle.
