After years of running & gym training, Trudi was looking for something to balance out her high impact routine. She stumbled across hot yoga & has never looked back. Trudi loved how yoga slowed her down, allowed her to breathe & stretch.
She recently completed her 200-hour teacher training course with Peak Physique in Noosa.
She now wants to spread her new found passion with others and can’t wait to teach you all in the studio.
